On the basis of the aircraft operation TL-96 STAR and TL-2000 STING carbon the company TL-ULTRALIGHT is issuing the technical advice nmr. 4. S. ST. 2005.
The company TL ULTRALIGHT s.r.o. directs immediately from the date 13.6.2005 to change the fuel supply for the gasculator (see photo) in the aircraft TL-96 STAR and TL-2000 STING starting with serial numbers 01 S 102 of TL 96 and 01 ST 04 of TL 2000. This fuel supply is possible to purchase at TL ULTRALIGHT s.r.o. The replacement is also possible to order at TL ULTRALIGHT servis centrum in Hradec Králové . Before the flight it is necessary to check the connection shown at this photo.

On the basis of experiences with operation of aircraft TL-96 STAR and TL-2000 STING Carbon the firm TL ULTRALIGHT publishes buletin No. 3S. ST. 2003.
The firm TL-ULTRALIGHT s.r.o. orders change of engine metal support plate (photo) in aircraft TL-96 STAR and TL-2000 STING Carbon after every 300 flight hours. This change can be made by producer or dealers in foreign countries. It is also possible to buy one set of support plates and change it by attached manual. Metal support plates have to be changed two months from 24. 2. 2003 at the latest (it means 24. 5. 2003)

The company TL-ULTRALIGHT has published the servis bulletin 1.S.ST.2001 accoring to the experience from operating of TL 96 Star and TL 2000 Sting.
This technical advice covers following planes with serial number:
TL 96 STAR serial number 98 S 01 up to 02 S 122
TL 2000 Sting serial number 01 ST 01 up to 02 ST 12
Any aircraft manufactured after these contains already improved wing balls, does not have to comply with this servis bulletin.
The company TL-ULTRALIGHT s.r.o. gives the directives to change main wing suspension („wing balls“) after every 300 flying hours or after 3 years, it depends which limit is fulfiled sooner. The suspensions can be changed directly by the manufacturer or by the dealer in particular country. The set of wing balls is also available to purchase in TL factory directly and you can replace them personaly.
